The Euroz Hartleys Internship program is suitable for students currently undertaking tertiary education for a Bachelor or Honours degree who are seeking a future in the commerce area. The application process will require a written application to be lodged via our HR@eurozhartleys.com email address between 1 July and 30 June each year. Applicants should be highly numerate, motivated and display initiative, have well developed people and communication skills.
The applicant selection process will be conducted by an internal selection committee who will identify individual candidates who will be asked to interview. Finals selection of the successful candidate/s will be complete prior to mid August. An offer to participate in our Internship program will be made to the successful candidate/s following interviews which should be completed by the end of September. The commencement date is to be agreed between Euroz Hartleys and the graduate, but would generally be early November and will be for a duration of 5/6 weeks.
We offer through our program, career planning and progression, ongoing education, mentoring, career development and training, on the job learning and development, and a comprehensive support network of interdepartmental participants
The program would entail each department within Euroz Hartleys providing a week long structured learning and education program to ensure all interns have a full and comprehensive understanding of what the departments role is within the business. In the event that the participant represents sufficient skills and successfully complete the program to warrant an employment offer, they would then be offered a position within our graduate program.
Graduate positions will then commence on completion of study, and in some cases, may even be offered early commencement with interim casual or part-time work until graduation.
