In October 2020, Euroz completed a merger with Hartleys to be renamed Euroz Hartleys. At Euroz Hartleys we combine the client focus of a boutique firm with the financial backing and resources of a larger group being a 100% owned subsidiary of ASX listed Euroz Limited (ASX:EZL). Accordingly, we are not owned by any of the large banks, major financial institutions or insurers which we believe makes our business able to more appropriately respond to all of our various clients’ requirements and needs across each of our divisions.

The merger of Euroz and Hartleys brought together the two most iconic and successful stockbroking, corporate finance and wealth management businesses in Western Australia to create a leading financial services firm with a deep understanding of the local Western Australian investment landscape.

Hartleys was founded in 1955, and was a leading Western Australian-based stockbroking, corporate finance, institutional dealing and wealth management firm. Euroz was established in 2000 and quickly established itself as a leader in institutional and private client dealing, research and corporate finance for the past twenty years.

In Private Wealth, our Private Wealth Advisers focus on providing quality investment advice to retail and institutional clients. All our Private Wealth Advisers are Perth based and the average length of service of Euroz Hartleys Investment Advisers is over a significant 13.5 years.

The Private Wealth division is supported by both the Research and Corporate Finance divisions, which provide in depth technical analysis, equities research and origination and execution of equity issues.

The Euroz Hartleys Corporate Finance division has extensive experience in equity capital markets, where it’s role encompasses the organisation, structuring, pricing, marketing and distribution of public offerings and private placements of equity and quasi-equity securities. Euroz Hartleys Corporate Finance has acted as Sole Lead Manager in respect of transactions from as little as one million to hundreds of millions of dollars. In addition, with decades of experience advising both sellers and buyers on M&A transactions, the Euroz Hartleys Corporate Finance team is highly skilled and experienced throughout the entire process of M&A transactions, from the early planning stages through to closing. They are seasoned deal makers who bring to bear extensive experience in valuation, deal structuring, and negotiating to achieve optimum outcomes in terms of both price and terms for our clients.

Euroz Hartleys Limited operates a dedicated Institutional Advisory and Dealing division based in Perth servicing institutional clients both in Australia and globally. They specialise in predominantly West Australian ASX listed resource, energy and industrial companies. In helping their clients succeed, they understand their need for consistent and reliable information flows across the business landscape of these companies. The institutional team are supported by an equities research team focused on providing detailed, high quality institutional research.
